Rent Manager is a fully integrated property management, accounting, CRM, marketing, reporting, and facility-maintenance software suite that enables users to manage all types of properties.

For users on the Growth plan and above, the AI agent named Alex is available 24/7 to monitor resident communications, summarize inquiries, identify urgent issues, and notify the appropriate personnel. Your team retains the ability to choose contractors and authorize service dispatches and costs, while Alex can respond to residents when the feature is activated. Furthermore, the Growth plan facilitates invoice payments via your connected Stripe account, allowing transactions through credit cards or Apple Pay without incurring additional fees from Scaalr. The platform also generates rent increase notifications tailored for regions including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK (covering England, Wales, and Northern Ireland), and Ireland. The Starter plan accommodates five units at no cost, with subsequent units priced at $0.99 each per month, making it an affordable option for property management. This structure ensures that both large and small property managers can efficiently oversee their operations.
