Description

A Radiology Information System (RIS) serves as a networked solution designed to oversee workflow and patient information within the Radiology department, proving particularly beneficial for handling radiological records across various locations, often in tandem with a Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) to facilitate workflow and billing processes. ThaiRIS, a web-based application, enables users to access it via a web browser from any location and is tailored to streamline Radiology workflow, with the flexibility to be customized according to the specific requirements of individual hospitals. Additionally, ThaiRIS can function as a Tele-Radiology tool, enhancing reporting capabilities and improving overall efficiency in radiological services. By integrating these systems, healthcare providers can achieve better management and communication of patient data.
