Description
Prefactor is a cutting-edge platform designed for real-time assessment, monitoring, and reliability of production AI agents. It evaluates each execution instantly based on metrics such as quality, drift, cost, and data risk, seamlessly integrating these assessments into actionable responses to ensure that any failing agent is detected in real time rather than merely reflected on a post-execution dashboard. Teams are equipped to monitor every model invocation, tool usage, and decision-making process through structured traces and spans, allowing them to conduct evaluations using LLM-as-judge, technical assessments, qualitative analyses, and custom metrics at every phase of the process. Additionally, context can be incorporated from various sources, including GitHub, Linear, Jira, databases, and internal APIs, serving as ground truth for evaluations. When a run exceeds predefined limits, Prefactor is capable of blocking or throttling it, pausing sensitive actions, or routing the decision to a person for approval, modification, or rejection prior to execution, with meticulous logging of each choice made. The command-line interface allows for the discovery of agents without the need for platform migration, while the TypeScript and Python SDKs ensure seamless integration with LangChain, Claude, Vercel AI, OpenClaw, and LiveKit, enhancing the overall functionality and adaptability of the platform. This comprehensive approach not only optimizes agent performance but also fosters collaboration among teams by providing clear visibility and control over the AI processes.
Description
Unlike most monitors that simply notify you of a job's ping, RunVouch goes a step further by confirming whether the task was actually completed. It meticulously tracks vital information such as the start and end times, costs, token usage, tool calls, and ensures that the necessary evidence of a run's completion is present, alerting users if anything is amiss. This system can identify various issues, including a run that never started, stalled executions, non-zero exits, infinite retry loops, runs exceeding their cost limits, and even those elusive tasks that appear to have succeeded while their outputs were never generated.
Each completed run is hashed into a leaf, with daily leaves combined into a Merkle root that connects to the previous day and is timestamped on the Bitcoin blockchain using OpenTimestamps, ensuring that reports are immutable and cannot be altered by anyone, including the developers themselves. This allows anyone to verify a sealed run through their browser without needing an account, and they can even modify a field to see the hashes become invalid.
The client is a standalone Python file that operates without any dependencies, wrapping any command and designed to fail open, thereby ensuring that job monitoring remains intact. It supports various platforms such as Claude Code, OpenClaw, n8n, GitHub Actions, cron, systemd, Slack, and MCP. With a generous offer of free usage for up to 20 agents, it is available under the MIT license and can be self-hosted, making it a flexible solution for diverse monitoring needs. Additionally, its ability to integrate seamlessly with existing tools enhances its practicality for users looking for reliable job execution verification.
