We implement a Voice Biometric system that verifies an individual’s identity within just two seconds of natural speech across various engagement platforms, including mobile, web, in-person interactions, and telephone communications. Traditional passwords have proven to be inadequate for safeguarding identity and access, as any system that relies on them is inherently susceptible to significant security risks. One major concern is cross-channel hacking, where a malicious actor impersonates another individual and persuades an agent to divulge sensitive account details, posing a serious challenge for all service centers. By utilizing V2verify for both authorization and authentication processes, we effectively thwart potential account takeovers by hackers. The rapid authentication capabilities and high success rate of V2 contribute to a more efficient Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system.
