Description
Many schools struggle with dismissal processes that waste time, leave students vulnerable, and exhaust staff and faculty. With Pikmykid, schools can trade in their outdated methods for a combination of dismissal management, safety and emergency tools, parent messaging, and real time reporting that keeps your staff happy and students accounted for. No more long car lines, endless front office calls, or missing students – just one powerful platform that allows schools to focus on what really matters – learning.
Description
SchoolsBuddy enables the swift and straightforward establishment of diverse extracurricular activities and after-school clubs, allowing for preference-based registrations and automatic allocations within seconds. Following allocation, both student and parent calendars are seamlessly populated with their scheduled activities, while attendance registers are automatically created for staff to track participation. The platform facilitates online payment processing from parents across more than 100 countries, accommodating transactions for various items such as tickets, equipment, lessons, activities, and trips. Additionally, the online payments feature comes equipped with integrated financial reporting for comprehensive budget management. Our system is specifically crafted to handle all aspects of school events, including sending invitations, gathering parental consent, and processing payments when necessary. Furthermore, SchoolsBuddy serves as an ideal solution for organizing school outings and sports events, ensuring effective communication with parents and efficient management of student groups. With such functionality, SchoolsBuddy not only simplifies event logistics but also enhances the overall experience for students and their families.
