Description
OpenText Core Email Message Privacy provides organizations with a secure method to send emails and attachments, allowing for files up to 100 GB per message, using a web browser or Outlook, all without the need for insecure cloud-sharing solutions. This service employs AES-256 encryption for data at rest, ensuring that messages are uploaded to a highly secure portal; as the sender, you have the ability to establish and manage permissions for actions such as viewing, replying, and forwarding, with the option to revoke access even after the message has been delivered. Recipients receive a secure link, granting them access to the messages through web or mobile platforms without the necessity of installing additional software. Additionally, it supports built-in e-signature capabilities, enabling recipients to insert legally binding signatures within the secure message exchange. Every action—including delivery, opening, downloading, and signing—is tracked in real time and recorded for complete audit purposes. This solution accommodates large file transfers while simplifying infrastructure needs, as it is SaaS-based, requires no additional servers, and seamlessly integrates with single sign-on (SSO) systems. Furthermore, its user-friendly interface ensures that both senders and recipients can navigate the process with ease, enhancing productivity across the organization.
Description
Private.Ki is an encrypted messaging and email platform designed for both individuals and organizations that prioritize secure digital communication. It integrates features such as an email inbox, one-on-one and group chats, encrypted file sharing, voice messaging, and both voice and video calls, along with functionalities for message signing and key management. Users have the flexibility to set messages to self-destruct or retract them, and the email interface clearly indicates the encryption and signature status of messages. All communications between Private.Ki accounts are secured with end-to-end encryption, and emails sent to external addresses can also be encrypted if the recipient's public key is accessible. The service is accessible via the Tor network, enhancing user privacy. A free version is offered, and there is also a Dedicated edition that can either be managed by Private.Ki or set up on the organization's infrastructure. Additionally, a native app for Android devices is available, while iPhone and iPad users can utilize the web application, with plans for native apps in the future. This comprehensive suite of features ensures that users have a robust solution for maintaining their privacy in digital communications.
