Easily track student attendance by utilizing a system that allows for multiple checkbox selections to note presence or absence. The attendance report generated plays a vital role in assessing student performance levels. Additionally, the financial department can create individual invoices for each student’s school fees. Parents can conveniently settle these fees directly from their dashboard, using options like PayPal or credit cards. Furthermore, the NiftySIS Parent Notification System serves as a communication tool to inform parents about important updates such as school closures, delays, early dismissals, and other urgent notifications. It is also effective for disseminating general school announcements. The Exam-Result module enables the scheduling of exams in advance, with the capability to publish results as required. Automatic reminders are generated by the system prior to the examination dates to ensure students are prepared. Moreover, it facilitates the management of preparatory exams, the creation of examination schedules, generation of timetables and hall tickets, as well as attendance sheets and counterfoil reports, ensuring a comprehensive approach to the examination process. This system ultimately streamlines administrative tasks, providing a cohesive interface for both educators and parents.
