WatheeqaHR is a cloud-based solution designed for employee management specifically tailored for small to medium-sized enterprises in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. This software facilitates the HR teams, business proprietors, and payroll personnel in overseeing attendance records, leave management, employee documentation, and payroll processing. Users can easily import data from biometric devices to analyze worked hours, absences, overtime, and any missed clock-ins; handle leave applications and balances; and generate monthly salary statements, advances, and payment details for accountant assessments. Employees benefit from a self-service portal where they can submit leave requests, access payslips, and monitor their attendance. The system also keeps track of expiration dates for employee documents, provides attendance and salary reports, and features a complimentary attendance analyzer that doesn’t require user registration. Companies operating in the UAE can create a WPS Salary Information File for their records, although WatheeqaHR does not handle the submission process itself. You pay per employee on payroll, per month: anyone with a salary slip that month. HR, finance and manager logins add nothing, and a manager who is paid through the system counts once. Leavers stop counting the month after their final settlement. The price per employee drops as you grow: each band’s price applies only to the employees inside that band.
