Through collaboration with numerous shops, we have discerned the key factors that contribute to their success. Despite effectively operating an ERP system, CIOvita conducted its production scheduling using custom Excel spreadsheets, which proved inadequate as the company expanded. This method resulted in significant drawbacks, including a lack of visibility and diminished agility. The environment became one of constant change and crisis management.
