Description
Luo is an innovative platform powered by artificial intelligence that enhances team productivity by transforming natural language tasks into functional systems that integrate seamlessly with existing tools. Rather than having to switch between different applications or manually transfer data from one system to another, users simply articulate their requirements, and Luo generates the necessary tools, automations, and workflows to accomplish the tasks at hand. This platform merges email, calendars, CRM systems, project management tools, and other workplace software into a unified workspace, thereby crafting a customized operating system that leverages AI capabilities. Luo is capable of retrieving information from linked services, organizing data effectively, and presenting it in formats that suit the team's preferences. Additionally, it automates routine operations like sending emails, creating calendar events, updating project trackers, preparing meeting summaries, conducting competitor research, drafting weekly updates, and maintaining accurate CRM records. The workspace is not just static; it evolves as a dynamic system that adapts to how the team operates, continuously learning about workflows and adjusting as requirements shift. This ensures that the platform remains relevant and effective, fostering an environment where productivity can flourish.
Description
Microsoft Autopilot is a persistent, proactive AI agent within Microsoft Copilot that is designed to perform ongoing work on behalf of users and teams. Formerly known as Scout, Autopilot can be assigned a role and goal and then continue executing tasks without waiting for repeated instructions. It can monitor communication channels, follow up on threads, run recurring processes, and return to a project days later while preserving context. Microsoft describes use cases such as managing a supplier review process, building schedules and workback plans, preparing for meetings, handling follow-ups, and requesting updates from stakeholders. Because Autopilot is cloud-hosted, it can continue working even when the user is not actively using Copilot. The agent operates inside the organization’s Microsoft 365 tenant with its own identity, memory, computer, and workspace. Microsoft IQ provides business context so Autopilot can better understand organizational knowledge, data, and workflows. The agent can appear in Teams, Outlook, chats, channels, and documents and can be mentioned similarly to a colleague. Organizations retain control through permissions, audit capabilities, governance, defined objectives, and boundaries around the work Autopilot performs.
