Description
The Transportation Manager is an integrated suite of products designed to form a robust, online information system tailored for transportation providers. Agencies have the flexibility to choose from various modules that cater to their specific requirements. Essential features included in the system are client registration, trip scheduling and reservations, dispatching, billing for trips, user-friendly built-in reports, straightforward creation of ad hoc reports, along with tracking for vehicles and drivers, maintenance notifications, and reminders for driver training. Furthermore, there are additional modules available for further customization. Customer testimonials highlight the system's effectiveness. The night before a scheduled ride, an automated call is made to all clients to remind them, which significantly decreases the chances of no-shows and late cancellations. If a client does not answer, the system will continue to contact them at predetermined intervals to ensure they receive the information.
