LimoWizOnline provides a feature that allows you to integrate a secure "Online Reservations" button directly onto your website, enabling your customers to make reservations and request quotes effortlessly. The Control Panel offers the ability to design custom pages while modifying styles, colors, and various dropdown menus to fit your brand. You can establish terms and conditions through an integrated HTML editor, and reservations along with account data can be imported into the LimoWiz desktop application using the LimoWizOnline Download program. Drivers can access their trip details via Apple iOS or Android devices, receiving alerts through SMS either by utilizing a paid Twilio account for speed or through free SMS via Email. The status of trips is updated in real-time within the LimoWiz desktop software, and drivers can view maps from their current location to multiple destinations, as well as access trip charges and settle trip times. Furthermore, they have the option to call or send SMS messages to passengers and even capture the passenger's signature. The utility desktop or server ensures that LimoWiz dispatch windows are refreshed every 60 seconds, while the web-based control panel allows for comprehensive customization and management of various settings. This seamless integration enhances operational efficiency and improves the overall customer experience.
