Fixing transactions is a straightforward process, and the system automatically maintains an audit trail for user actions. Each change is documented with user names, date, and time stamps, enhancing the clarity of reporting. The automated GAAP features encompass accrued wages, manage over/under billings, and generate a comprehensive “Summary of Contracts” that seamlessly aligns with both the Income Statement and Balance Sheet. Additionally, it includes Job Status projections and Percentage of Completion logs that help track profit fluctuations over time for each job, while also facilitating the retroactive allocation of indirect costs that have been over or under allocated.
