Utilizing software-based online faxing eliminates the need for old-fashioned hardware and the hassles associated with traditional phone line faxing. You can effortlessly oversee both incoming and outgoing faxes online, leading to significant cost savings. To create a new fax, simply use the RingCentral app, either on mobile or desktop, where you can input the recipient's fax number, add a message, and attach files from platforms like DropBox, Box, Google Drive, or any Microsoft Office® application. Alternatively, you have the option to send faxes via email by addressing them to the recipient's fax number @rcfax.com; the email content and attached documents will be converted into the fax pages. RingCentral can assign you a new fax number, or you can retain your existing one. Incoming faxes will arrive in your inbox as email attachments, giving you the flexibility to forward, file, or print them as needed. This modern approach to faxing ensures that you stay connected and efficient, no matter where you are.
