Description
PortaDialer is a white-label WebRTC softphone built for VoIP providers, cloud PBX operators, and communication service providers looking to launch branded apps without in-house development. It delivers fully branded, cross-platform clients for iOS, Android, and browser access (Web App), removing the need to build standalone applications from the ground up.
The solution plugs into any standard external SIP infrastructure and runs independently, with no dependency on other PortaOne products. Its feature set spans three areas: calling (HD voice and video, attended and blind transfers, call pull), messaging (in-app chat, group conversations, SMS), and account tools (voicemail access, presence status) — all available consistently across both mobile and web.
PortaDialer ties this together in a single interface for mobile and web, with sign-in options covering OTP, passwords, and auto-login links.
