Ingentis org.manager provides a powerful solution for org charts and org design. It interfaces with all major HR systems, including SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and Workday, Oracle HR, PeopleSoft and any other data sources.
The customer can customize the content, layout, and design of the org charts perspectives. You can calculate and display KPIs from the org chart directly or via dashboards, which allows for effective HR control and people analytics.
Ingentis org.manager's powerful workforce modeling feature allows you to create various what-if scenarios. Drag-and-drop makes it easy to reorganize. Objects can be edited, added, removed, or modified. The process allows for better business decisions by updating the key metrics that have been affected.

This encompasses everyone involved, your complete roster. It reaches beyond just employees to include gig workers, contractors, volunteers, and all individuals who influence the dynamics of a 21st Century organization. People serve as the essential elements for fostering commitment, and Org Graph facilitates this understanding. To begin with Step 1 of the Build Out process, most administrative users initiate by inputting their person objects. We refer to this as a Job. Individuals seek Jobs, possess Jobs, highlight Job experiences on resumes, and their Jobs are represented in the Org Chart, which also indicates the budget allocated for those Jobs. We provide detailed Job Descriptions, as HRIS systems commonly use the term “Job.” In Step 2 of the Build Out, administrators typically proceed to link Jobs and People to form a traditional Org Chart. Individual contributors often find meetings to be a source of ongoing confusion and frustration. The Org Graph clearly illustrates which positions or Jobs are associated with specific meetings, emphasizing that it is the position or Job that is linked to the meeting rather than the individual. This distinction helps streamline communication and enhance organizational clarity.
