Description
The designs of our primary court solution provide a comprehensive perspective on the judicial process. By supplying each court with essential elements such as automated workflows, eFiling or eBench functionalities, and electronic records for appeals, this solution acknowledges the distinct challenges faced by various court types and aligns with the versatile Component Model framework. Furthermore, it can easily incorporate any existing case management systems or collaborate with external state agencies, making this adaptable strategy capable of addressing the specific needs of different case types while enabling seamless interaction between different court types, such as when a probate court collaborates with a juvenile court. As we delve deeper into our component-model methodology, it is important to explore the specific benefits of digital transformation tailored to your court type, along with the significant advancements it offers to the broader justice community, paving the way for more efficient and effective legal proceedings. In doing so, we aim to highlight how these innovations can not only streamline operations but also enhance access to justice for all stakeholders involved.
Description
Our innovative browser-based case management system stands out from its competitors due to its design as a fully customizable "business processing engine," intended to serve as the core for document management and electronic filing solutions utilized by trial and appellate courts, as well as prosecutor and public defender offices, among other governmental entities, such as probation departments and various state and county administrations. The eCourt platform offers flexibility in deployment, allowing it to be hosted either on-premises or in the cloud via Amazon Web Services (AWS). Accessing eCourt and eCourtPublic requires only a web browser—such as Internet Explorer (version 10 or higher), Chrome, or Firefox—making it easily reachable from desktops, laptops, smartphones (including iPhone and Android devices), and tablets (like iPad and Galaxy). The system features a user-friendly graphical interface that is inherently compatible with touch screens, enhancing the user experience. Furthermore, eCourt is not tied to any specific database technology, allowing for the use of various options like Microsoft SQL or Oracle, and it accommodates your preferred technological setups, including Citrix. This adaptability ensures that eCourt can meet the diverse needs of its users across different platforms and systems.
