If you step away from your computer during time tracking, Grindstone will prompt you to specify how you'd like to account for the duration of your absence. This tool will then adjust your recorded time accordingly, enabling you to resume your tasks seamlessly. By default, each work item consists solely of a name and a space for general notes; however, you have the flexibility to create additional fields to capture specific types of information related to each work item, enhancing your project management capabilities.
