Description
Grapheus is an innovative AI medical scribe developed by a practicing physician specifically for healthcare professionals and clinical settings. It effectively records in-person consultations using a mobile device or laptop and captures telehealth discussions via a Chrome extension, subsequently generating a structured clinical note that includes ICD-10 codes, E/M levels, and recommendations for additional codes. Each clinical note is meticulously reviewed and signed by clinicians, who maintain accountability for the accuracy of the content. The tool is versatile, serving various specialties including family medicine, internal medicine, psychiatry, pediatrics, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and urgent care. Furthermore, the Chrome extension can seamlessly integrate drafted notes into electronic health records for clinician review. An OpenEMR module enhances functionality by allowing the inclusion of note drafts, patient problems, allergies, suggested prescriptions, and entries for unbilled fee sheets directly into the patient chart. The service operates on AWS Bedrock under an AWS BAA to ensure HIPAA compliance; it guarantees that audio recordings are deleted post-transcription, transcripts are discarded after note drafting, and all drafts are purged within 48 hours, emphasizing a commitment to patient confidentiality. This system not only streamlines the documentation process but also enhances the efficiency of clinical workflows.
Description
Assist healthcare professionals in prioritizing patient care over paperwork, thereby reintroducing fulfillment into medical practice, reclaiming personal time, and improving care quality by highlighting the importance of the physician-patient interaction. The Oracle Health Clinical Digital Assistant serves as an AI-driven voice assistant that captures essential aspects of the physician-patient dialogue, processes this information, and drafts notes within the Oracle Health electronic health record system for the physician's quick assessment and approval. It allows users to pose questions in everyday language to retrieve patient information and carry out routine clinical tasks efficiently. Furthermore, it creates preliminary clinical notes based on patient data and discussions for the physician's evaluation and endorsement. By utilizing voice commands, practitioners can easily add to and modify patient records, ensuring that clinical documentation remains accurate and up-to-date. This innovative tool ultimately aims to streamline the documentation process, allowing physicians to focus more on their patients and less on administrative tasks.
