Windwall serves as a central management tool for the Windows Firewall that comes pre-installed with Windows 10 and 11. It provides real-time visibility into all connections made by your computer and allows for instant blocking of any application with a single click, utilizing authentic Windows Firewall rules instead of relying on an additional firewall system.
The application features a live log detailing the program, IP address, port, and protocol for each connection. Upon encountering an unrecognized program, users receive a prompt asking whether to allow or block it. Users can easily switch between three different security settings directly from the system tray, while the "Block with Windwall" option in the Explorer context menu enables the blocking of any program or folder.
