A disk fills up on a client machine at 2am. Helios notices, works out the cause on the device itself, writes a reversible fix, and waits for a human to approve it. Then it closes the ticket and records what changed.
That is the difference between Helios and the RMM you are probably running. Most tools are excellent at telling you something is wrong and then stopping. Helios was designed around the AI doing the work, not summarising it.
