If you happen to be unavailable, customers have the option to set a 12-hour window during which you can connect while the computer remains unattended. Furthermore, you can receive a text message alerting you when a customer is ready for assistance. By selecting a customer from a list, you can access their computer at any time, provided you obtain one-time permission for unattended remote access. This arrangement allows for repeated access as needed. Additionally, customers can leave messages, request to be connected to another team member, or even automatically connect you when you log in.
