SoundPipe allows users to create virtual audio devices on their Mac, enabling them to redirect audio from any application or microphone to multiple other applications. This functionality makes it possible to route audio from an app into a video conferencing tool, send microphone input to a recording application, or direct system sound into a digital audio workstation or streaming platform.
Each audio pathway is visually represented as a wire connecting the source to the destination on a single interface, complete with real-time audio meters and a volume control for each channel.
