It allows for the tracking of an unlimited number of contacts, including both present and historical owners. The Finance Menu features tools for automatically generating billing invoices, reviewing financial registers, making deposits, reconciling accounts, managing a chart of accounts, settling bills, and editing invoices. Users can view current open invoices, access detailed contact information, print individual invoices, and process payments with ease. The Property Master List is versatile, allowing properties to be assigned to multiple owners and providing a log of property transfer activities.
