Mindcat Clinic serves as a web-based management solution tailored for private dental, dermatology, and physiotherapy practices as well as clinic groups within Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This platform integrates practitioner and branch schedules with essential patient information including visit notes, allergies, medications, prescriptions, and associated documents and images, while ensuring role-based access for staff. Additionally, personnel can log charges according to the clinic’s pricing structure, process payments through cash or Mada, and generate detailed receipts and activity reports categorized by branch, practitioner, and date. A dedicated patient portal enables users to request appointments, communicate via messaging, access documents, and view billing summaries, while optional online self-booking is facilitated through the distinct Mindcat Bookings feature. The system is equipped with a FHIR API and has the flexibility to be hosted either within the clinic's locale or on its own dedicated servers. Although Arabic screens are offered, the translation is not fully comprehensive. SAR 249 per practitioner/month
You pay per practitioner per month. A practitioner is a dentist, doctor, dermatologist or therapist with their own calendar who sees patients that month. Reception, the clinic manager, billing staff and owner logins are free. The price drops as you grow: each band’s price applies only to the practitioners inside that band.
