Our setup and training procedure is crafted to ensure that your store launches effectively from the start. We aim for your shift to the Guild Jeweler system to be seamless, ensuring that your network is both stable and efficient, while also preparing your staff to utilize the system for essential daily operations. Prior to commencing the training, a representative from Guild will collaborate with you to validate the reliability and effectiveness of your store's network. If you have adequately prepared your network in advance, this step may be completed quickly. Conversely, if you prefer to entrust the network configuration to our team, we are more than happy to dedicate the necessary time to install and set up your hardware correctly. The comprehensive training period is typically expected to span 3-4 days. Once your training concludes, the Guild team will remain available to assist you via phone and internet support. Remember, we are always here to address any concerns, regardless of their size. Your success is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring you have the resources you need to thrive.
