Description

Dial IQ, developed by Klenty, is a versatile sales dialer that automates the labor-intensive elements of cold calling, allowing sales teams to concentrate on building relationships with potential clients. With three different dialing modes, users can connect with up to five prospects at once, achieving over 300 calls in a single hour. It simplifies the process of making consecutive calls with just one click, making it particularly effective for reaching out to well-organized lists. Users gain immediate access to CRM information, research, and notes, facilitating personalized follow-up interactions. Among its advanced features is an AI-driven voicemail detection system that skips over voicemails, alongside automatic voicemail drops to enhance callback rates. The dialer also includes functionalities for call forwarding and routing to minimize missed opportunities, local dialing to boost connection rates, and real-time call summaries through automatic transcription. These features are designed to improve connection rates and make the calling experience more efficient for sales teams, ultimately driving better results in their outreach efforts. Klenty’s robust capabilities ensure that sales representatives can maximize their productivity while effectively engaging with potential clients.

Description

Basic Visual Voicemail provides an organized list of your voicemails, allowing you to select which ones to listen to, delete, or respond to via call or text. In contrast, Premium Visual Voicemail and Voicemail to Text services on iPhone offer transcription for the first 45 seconds of your voicemails, enabling you to read them instead of listening. All Verizon mobile devices support basic audio voicemail, and you can always access your voicemails by dialing *86 from your phone. Basic Visual Voicemail comes at no additional cost with your smartphone plan, but it is not available for Android users with prepaid accounts. For those using Android or Windows devices, Premium Visual Voicemail is available for a monthly fee of $2.99 per line, though it too is unavailable on prepaid plans. Keep in mind that depending on your specific plan, you may face extra data charges while using Visual Voicemail, as downloads may be billed per megabyte or according to your existing data package. Furthermore, standard rates will apply for any calls, emails, or messages sent from the Visual Voicemail interface, and mobile-to-mobile minutes do not apply to these actions. Therefore, it is wise to be aware of potential costs associated with using these voicemail services while managing your communication efficiently.
