Description
D-Secure Drive Eraser offers robust data destruction solutions tailored for enterprises, ensuring the permanent and verifiable elimination of data from HDDs, SSDs, and NVMe drives utilized in desktops, servers, and RAID configurations. Adhering to globally recognized wiping protocols such as NIST 800-88 and DoD 5220.22-M, it guarantees that data cannot be recovered through any forensic or recovery techniques. Following every erasure, a tamper-proof, digitally signed audit certificate is produced, which aids organizations in sectors like healthcare, finance, government, and education to comply with regulations like GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001. The software provides flexible deployment methods, including bootable USB drives, PXE network booting, and remote MSI package installation for Windows systems, accommodating both online and offline environments. Its cross-platform compatibility with Windows, macOS, and Linux makes it ideal for diverse enterprise fleets, assists IT asset disposition (ITAD) providers in certifying devices prior to resale, and supports organizations in properly disposing of hardware at the end of its lifecycle. This comprehensive approach to data erasure not only enhances security but also simplifies compliance and operational efficiency across various sectors.
Description
WipeCert is a specialized data erasure tool designed for managed service providers, IT asset disposition firms, and internal IT departments. It securely wipes data from HDDs, SSDs, and NVMe drives in accordance with the NIST 800-88 Clear or Purge standards, as well as the DoD 5220.22-M guidelines, automatically selecting the appropriate method for each drive and requiring operator confirmation before execution.
Upon completion of each wipe, a certificate is generated that is signed with an Ed25519 key and includes a QR code, which can be verified at wipecert.com without the need for an account. For devices running Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS that are managed via Microsoft Intune, WipeCert can initiate an Intune MDM wipe and provide a certificate that indicates compliance with either NIST 800-88 Purge or Clear, depending on the encryption status reported by the device. It’s important to note that this is an Intune MDM wipe, not a direct erasure performed by WipeCert software on the device itself.
The platform features a dashboard that allows users to monitor device status, view live job progress, and maintain a comprehensive audit log. Users who opt for professional plans and above gain access to REST API and webhooks, while business plans and higher include PXE network boot capabilities and customizable branded certificates. Subscription plans begin at $79 per month, offering a 14-day trial that includes two wipes with no credit card required. Additionally, this flexible pricing structure makes it accessible for various organizations looking to ensure data security and compliance.
