It efficiently interprets drawing scales and utilizes plan notes, schedules, and partition legends to assist in pinpointing and measuring quantities for walls, ceilings, and concrete. Currently in beta, the AI-driven wall suggestions are subject to review and modification by the estimator before final approval. Once quantities are sanctioned, they are transformed into detailed material lists that include items such as studs, boards, insulation, tape, compound, paint, concrete, and rebar, complete with calculations and references to the relevant drawing sheets. Estimators have the flexibility to input their own material prices, generate proposal PDFs, and export the data into Excel or CSV formats.
