Description
CloudRail offers a comprehensive, fully managed platform for gathering data from industrial settings, enabling local preprocessing and seamless transmission to various cloud services with a Plug&Play approach. Suitable for both new installations and legacy systems, CloudRail leverages industry standards like OPC-UA to interface with contemporary equipment while retrofitting older machines with additional sensors. With a repository of over 12,000 sensor definitions and automated processes for data normalization and device provisioning, CloudRail dramatically cuts the time required to connect a machine to the cloud from weeks to mere hours. In addition to expediting the return on investment for Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) initiatives, CloudRail features a cloud-based device management system that empowers enterprise clients to efficiently deploy, oversee, and update thousands of edge devices spread across the globe. This solution not only ensures a smooth transition from initial proof of concept to expansive IIoT environments but also enhances operational efficiency by simplifying device management throughout the entire lifecycle.
