Description
Consolidate all attendance records for extracurricular activities in a single location and efficiently generate the reports you require. With updates occurring more rapidly than ever, the necessity for immediate and tailored communication within your school community has become increasingly apparent. Clipboard serves as an Extracurricular Management System (EMS), which is specifically designed to assist educational institutions in overseeing the administration of their extracurricular programs. This comprehensive platform centralizes all extracurricular data and processes, granting schools access to valuable reporting and analytics that may otherwise remain out of reach. Instantly relay session information directly to your staff and promptly communicate any modifications. Educators can manage their sessions from any device, ensuring everyone remains informed and aligned. Clipboard proactively alerts staff about any changes to their assigned sessions, keeping them consistently updated on their commitments and responsibilities while enhancing overall organizational efficiency. Moreover, this system fosters improved collaboration among staff, making it easier to adapt to the dynamic nature of extracurricular activities.
Description
Many schools struggle with dismissal processes that waste time, leave students vulnerable, and exhaust staff and faculty. With Pikmykid, schools can trade in their outdated methods for a combination of dismissal management, safety and emergency tools, parent messaging, and real time reporting that keeps your staff happy and students accounted for. No more long car lines, endless front office calls, or missing students – just one powerful platform that allows schools to focus on what really matters – learning.
