Cenntrax is an enterprise transportation management system designed for compliance-driven courier, delivery, and logistics teams. It brings together dispatch management, load tracking, customer management, carrier management, accounting, invoicing, and driver communication in one platform. The software includes three connected products: an agent dashboard for internal operations, a client portal for customer self-service, and a mobile driver app for field updates. Dispatchers and administrators can create loads, assign carriers, manage price plans, track settlements, generate invoices, and configure more than 40 operational settings. Drivers can use the iOS and Android app to scan barcodes, share GPS locations, capture electronic signatures, upload photos, and send real-time delivery confirmations. Customers can track shipments, query orders, manage inbound deliveries, view routes, and access delivery information without contacting support. Cenntrax gives each business its own dedicated AWS-based cloud setup, helping keep company data private, backed up, and configured around its specific rules and branding. The platform also supports compliance controls, audit trails, role-based access, secure logins, and enterprise-grade options such as SOC 2, HIPAA, PIPEDA, GxP, NIST, and cold chain monitoring.
