ChequeSystem offers robust capabilities for managing cheques in addition to printing. Keep a complete history, add notes and audit code for tracking. The use of recurring cheque templates, which automatically create cheques for those who issue them frequently, and batch cheque creations for multiple payees enhances productivity and minimizes errors. Comprehensive reporting (Accounts, Payees, Monthly Statements), can be exported to Excel and PDF for easy analysis.
ChequeSystem allows you to manage multiple companies and cheque books within the software. Each company and check book has its own settings and data. The software is available on Windows and macOS.
