Just like in the past, Efficient App enables InterStation agents and back-office personnel to track accounts from the initiation of a claim all the way through to its resolution. Both customers and agents can easily monitor each stage of the process. With the new enhancements, a majority of tasks are now automated, minimizing the potential for oversights or mistakes. For example, all incoming and outgoing emails—whether from the debtor, agent, customer, or a third party—are automatically organized and stored in the relevant account along with appropriate notes.
