Description
Asytra Trace is a web-based application that provides digital assembly guidelines and facilitates execution on the shop floor. Operators utilize version-controlled work instructions linked to serial numbers, which include necessary measurements, quality control checks, images, and required sign-offs. For each serial number and procedural step, Trace meticulously logs the identity of the operator, timestamps, any issues encountered, comments, quality results during production, and approvals from supervisors. This capability allows production and quality assurance teams to quickly audit a unit, respond to customer inquiries, and export build records within minutes. Additionally, Trace is engineered for quick integration into shop floor operations, offering a complimentary 14-day trial to support ease of use. By streamlining these processes, Trace enhances overall efficiency and accountability in manufacturing environments.
