Argumont is an online decision intelligence tool designed for organizations faced with significant choices, including vendor selection, contract renewals, risk management, capital distribution, and strategic planning. It organizes the decision-making process by outlining the central question, available options, evaluation criteria, constraints, and critical uncertainties, while also designating analytical roles to develop and scrutinize competing arguments. The platform allows users to gather external information, evaluate evidence, examine assumptions and risks, compare different options, and ultimately generate a detailed Verdict that includes reasoning and acknowledges uncertainties. Users maintain the ultimate authority to make or endorse the final decision. Additionally, Argumont keeps a comprehensive record of the decision-making process, which encompasses evidence, challenges, approvals, and outcomes, and offers a downloadable Decision Passport for convenience. By facilitating a structured approach to complex decisions, Argumont enhances transparency and accountability within organizations.
Description
DecTrack is an innovative platform designed to enhance team decision-making by introducing a structured and transparent approach to how choices are made. Rather than allowing decisions to get lost amidst chat conversations, emails, and meetings, teams utilize DecTrack to clearly outline options and assess them through various methods such as pros and cons lists, SWOT analysis, or weighted scoring matrices, ultimately casting votes in an organized manner.
Notable features include adaptable voting modes, the option for an approver's sign-off on significant decisions, organization tools for teams and projects, role-specific permissions, and comprehensive documentation of all decisions. Each decision is meticulously recorded along with its context and results, ensuring that even months later, stakeholders can easily understand what was decided, the reasoning behind it, and who was involved.
Tailored for startups and cross-functional teams seeking to replace confusion with clarity, DecTrack is currently available for free during its Early Access phase, offering complete access to all features without requiring a credit card. This allows teams to try out the platform risk-free while they streamline their decision-making processes.
