Yeses.io facilitates the approval process for design, content, and product projects efficiently. Users can submit a file, page, or decision for review just once, and reviewers can access a unique link without needing to create an account or remember a password. They provide feedback by either approving the submission or requesting modifications. In cases where reviewers do not respond, yeses.io automatically sends reminders every two business days, up to three times for each review. The approval process can be structured in several stages, allowing for customized response time frames for each phase. Rather than creating a conversation thread, the outcome is documented with each decision linked to the reviewer’s identity, a timestamp, and the specific version, with any outdated approvals flagged accordingly. Comments are attached to the relevant item under discussion, ensuring clarity. For those on paid plans, there are Slack notifications available, while unlimited reviewers can participate across all plans, including the free tier. This seamless approach enhances collaboration and streamlines the review process for teams of all sizes.
