Description

Regardless of whether your project requires SIL 1-3, fault-tolerant systems, or triple modular redundancy (TMR) architectures, we are equipped to meet your safety instrumented system (SIS) needs. Our AADvance® fault-tolerant control system stands out as a fully distributed and scalable safety instrumented solution. This innovative AADvance system permits you to implement varying levels of module redundancy tailored to the specific demands of different segments of your application. Consequently, you can define the necessary levels of safety integrity and availability across your entire facility. Additionally, our AADvance training courses offer an in-depth look at the hardware, software, and troubleshooting aspects of AADvance. We also provide supplementary resources to ensure that your AADvance implementation and training requirements are met in a timely and effective manner. Gain insights into how AADvance functions as a fail-safe controller, grasp the configuration limits of the system, and learn how to design and assemble a complete system while selecting the most suitable hardware based on I/O specifications. Furthermore, our commitment to customer support ensures that you can navigate any challenges that arise during implementation with confidence.

Description

Data management in telecommunications encompasses various elements, some of which traditional Database Management Systems (DBMSs) do not fully cover. Due to the necessity for high fault tolerance in continuous operation systems and the need for the DBMS to operate within the same address space as the applications, we have developed a novel DBMS known as Mnesia. Mnesia is intricately integrated with Erlang and offers essential functionalities for creating fault-tolerant telecommunications systems. Specifically designed for industrial-grade telecommunications applications, Mnesia serves as a multiuser distributed DBMS and aligns with Erlang as its primary programming language. This system aims to resolve all data management challenges typical in telecommunications environments and boasts several advanced features rarely seen in conventional DBMSs. Moreover, Mnesia's design emphasizes reliability and performance, making it an ideal choice for critical applications in the field.
