Once completed, the form can be printed or saved as a PDF for client signatures. Additionally, a blank change-order log is provided in CSV format, allowing users to track job extras using Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets. This tool operates directly within a browser, does not require user accounts, and ensures that no entered information is uploaded or stored.
