Conspecta gives life science labs one browser workspace for an entire project. Researchers analyze microscopy images with pipelines that count cells and colonies and measure coverage and intensity, gate and cluster FCS files, and design primers, plan clones, and run BLAST searches. The same project holds the lab's samples with their freezer positions, stock and purchasing, instrument bookings, protocol runs, notebook pages, data tables, figures, and reports. Every record links to the ones it came from. A figure panel opens the analysis behind it, and a sample opens each image and result taken from it. Teams give their AI assistant, whether Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot, access through MCP, or write their own code against the REST API. Gating strategies move in and out as FlowJo or Gating-ML files, and existing records arrive as spreadsheets, which lets a lab switch over gradually. The free plan covers two people, and paid plans cover everyone in the lab.
